We are looking to acquire small businesses and to actively participate in their management, so our focus is mostly on companies located in New England.
We are interested in leveraging our past operational experiences as investors and as CEOs and executives with P&L responsibilities in a wide range of sectors provided the opportunities are within our financial criteria. Our past experiences have been mostly in high tech, software, light manufacturing and finance but we are interested in other industries sectors where these experiences could add value.
